I ski in folgaria very often because it’s an amazing resort with a lot of km of slopes and because i have an house there. 5/5 would recommend. only downside is when it’s too hot and crowded the slopes degrade very quickly.

I have visited over 100 ski resorts over the years, Folgaria was a quick weekend away with friends, we picked it because it was close to Milan Bergamo and we heard the slopes would be empty in January, which they were but the snow was not great this time of year.
Accommodation was good value as was the ski pack costs.

Folgaria is a charming small town in the Italian Dolomites. Great for families. It's suited to intermediates as there is only a couple of greens and 1 black run but plenty of blues and reds. Jon's Bar in Town is a highlight and the chocolate and souvenir shops are lovely. But youll need to catch a bus to the main Fondo Grande lift until the new bubble car lift opens from the town tonthe slopes later in 2026. Would return.

Great resort. Great bars and nightlife. Some hidden gems if you look closely, plain doors leading to basement bars.
Great hotels and restaurants.
Easy access to a large ski area. Home of some Olympians.
