The Skiers' Guide to Beaver Creek

The ski conditions were at best good only because of low snowfall and warm temperatures. The slopes were a bit crowded due to limited trail options. Despite the weather, the staff did a very good job creating good ski conditions.

Very fun groomers and a pretty fun atmosphere. They definitely cater towards families, but you can find a few fun bars and other activities. Overall, my wife and I had a fantastic time!

Great family resort especially if you stay at the Westin. The ski concierge was great and made getting on and off the hill so seamless.

It was my first time at Beaver Creek and given the conditions we've had in Colorado this winter so far, I still thought BC was exceptional! The runs were well kept, the crowds were minimal and it didn't feel like we were crowded on the mountain. The food/après were amazing. I'm going back at the end of Feb and I'm excited to check it out again once it (hopefully) has more snow!

Very nice and clean beer was cold and skiing was great I would definitely recommend this mountain to anyone that wants to ski out west!

Beaver Creek has a chocolate chip cookie contest every year. The winners cookies are served daily in the afternoon. Little waiters come out with silver platters full of free cookies. The best

Beaver Creek is a great family friendly resort. They have so.many greens at the top of the mountain to help beginners still get those vertical feet. They also do a great job at grooming their runs. There is hardly any off piste at this resort and they don't really do aprés, but they do weekly fireworks and night skiing which is a lot of fun.

Resort is awesome! Not super crowded, great place to spend time with friends. Lines go pretty quick and in a great area!

I love Beaver Creek but they didn’t have much snow when I visited, but it was frustrating since they weren’t making any snow.

We love Beaver Creek as a family, especially the free cookies at the base at the end of the day! This resort is never too crowded so we always get to ski more than other resorts because wea aren’t spending a lot of time waiting in lift lines.

From my perspective, Beaver Creek feels smooth and easy, great snow, well-groomed runs, and not nearly as chaotic as some bigger resorts. I like that it has something for every level without feeling overwhelming, and the lifts move fast. It’s definitely on the bougier side, but the vibe, service, and uncrowded feel make it worth it.

Beaver Creek is the perfect place to get away from the crowds. It’s small, quaint, but also packed with so much to do. The best!

Love the escalators that take you up to the base area. Lots of variety of terrain available, especially for beginner and intermediate level. The free cookies at 3pm are a win!

We stayed in Arrowhead Village - loved being that close to the lift and the outdoor hot tub! Parking in the indoor garage was a nice plus, as well as the convenient ski lockers. We were there midweek, and the trails were quiet and uncrowded.

An excellent resort - mountain is terrific, ambience is superb, spread is tops, transportation is exceptional.

Great mountain, fun to ski. Was out there for 7 days of skiing and never got bored. Always a new way down the mountain to find and the tree runs are excellent. One of the best mountains I've seen in the country.

This is my favorite place to ski. Wonderful slopes with good instructors. The staff is great. My family loves the resort.
